Job Summary

Empower Industries is hiring a Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in industrial cleaning equipment, facility management, housekeeping products, cleaning chemicals, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and acquire corporate clients.
• Promote and sell industrial cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate or above.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in the industrial cleaning equipment or facility management industry is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and basic computer operations.
