Empower Industries is looking for a skilled and result-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Manage performance campaigns to achieve lead generation and business growth goals
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and improve ROI
• Create strategies for customer acquisition and conversion optimization
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools
• Understanding of PPC, SEO, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
